When you activate the Pro version, we collect:

Payment Information

Data Retention

Local Data: Your locally stored notes and database remain on your computer until you delete them. We have no access to delete or modify this data.

Activation Records: We retain activation records for license verification purposes. You may request deletion of your activation record by contacting support@aluo.app.

Refund Policy

As Evernote Backup Tool is a digital product delivered electronically, all sales are generally final. We encourage users to thoroughly test the free version before making a purchase to ensure the Software meets their needs and is compatible with their system.

Technical Issues: If you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning as intended, and our support team cannot resolve it after reasonable troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact support@aluo.app with details of the issue.

What's Not Covered: Refunds are not available for change of mind, dissatisfaction with existing features, or situations where the Software performs as described. For complete terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.
